The complete refurbishment project in Brickendon was carried out at the client's request with a 10 week time frame.

The scope included:

- Fully strip the 50m2 ground floor apartment

- Full rewire

- Complete 6 zones of wet underfloor heating system and electric thermostats

- New bathrooms design and build

- Fully integrated kitchen

The project was complete on time and on budget and demonstrated RNB's capabilities to adapt to the clients individual challenging request and deliver.
