RNB Construction was established to bring a professional approach to the residential market, delivering high quality finishes with the coordination and execution of large scale construction projects to private clientele.
With both directors having worked for multinational corporate businesses previously, they identified a gap in the market where professional private clients sought reassurance no matter how big or small their project.

The Team
Bob Bolton
Managing Director
Bob who originally came from the North West before moving down to work in and around London, has been either building or managing construction projects for over a decade, after graduating from Loughborough Univeristy.
With experience in commercial, residential and retail projects, with a multinational tier one principle contractor in different site based capacities, he brings technical understanding to the team and prides himself of the quality of finishes.
His skills are in programming, coordinating and executing projects, ensure time, cost and quality KPI's are maintained in correlation to a solid relationship with the client.
Awards
In 2016 Bob won the Young Construction Professional of the year with the CDA based in the north of England which rewarded him for his work at MOD Stafford whilst coordinating the construction of 214 apartments across 3 buildings for the Ministry of Defense.
In 2017 he was part of the residential fit out team which won the prestigious NHBC's Pride in the Job award, as well as the much coveted Seal of Excellence award for the 30 storey apartment block built on the Olympic Village, London.
